Lincklaen, Atty for Herman LeRoy & Wm Bayerd 126£ 15s 9d.  DeRuyter Twp., Herkimer Co. 126 a 1 rd 37 perch. Deed Bk DD, p 169 Chenango Co, 1794, John VanAker of Ulster DeRuyter Twp Herkimer Co. John I Dorn & Wife Mary transferred to Abraham Dorn (son) part of land in Pitcher in 1815.

 

John & Dorothea VN lived in Duanesburg, NY before going to Riga.
