LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, CARRIE MILLS KRUM, of the Village of Liberty in the County of Sullivan and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following that is to say:
First, I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay my just debts and funeral expenses from my interest as a beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of my deceased Husband, Clark Krum, if any, and also from my interest as a creditor of the Clark Krum and Sons partnership business, located in the Village of Liberty, New York. It is my intention to spare from these expenses my household and personal effects.
Second, I hereby give devise and bequeath absolutely and forever unto my son Earl T. Krum and H. Nelson Krum of Liberty, New York, all of my right title and interest which I now have or may have at the time of my death of any kind or nature, tangeable or intangeable, real or personal as a partner (general or special), creditor, or residuary legatee under The Last Will and Testament, aforesaid, in and to Clark Krum and Sons, a partnership business located in the Village of Liberty, New York.
Third, I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Hannah Fay Scott of Groton, New York, my checking account with The National Bank of Liberty, located at Liberty, New York, of which I may die possessed. Fourth, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real personal or mixed, and wheresoever situated, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my three children, Earl T. Krum, H. Nelson Krum and Hannah Fay Scott to be their absolutely and forever.
Lastly I hereby appoint my two sons, Earl T. Krum and H. Nelson Krum executors of this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
