Obituary From St. Petersburg Times - Tuesday, April 5, 1938:
CLARK CRUM
Clark Crum, 77, retired feed merchant from Liberty, N.Y. who resided here at 3268 Third Avenue South, died yesterday morning at 1:15 o'clock at a local hospital. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Carrie Crum, a daughter, Mrs. Hannah Fay Scott, Groton, N.Y.; two sons, Herman N. Crum and Earl T. Crum, both of Liberty, and a sister, Mrs. Hannah Johnson, Monticello, N.Y. The body was returned to Liberty last night for funeral services and buriel. Local arrangements were in charge of Wilhelm's.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, CLARK KRUM, of the Town of Liberty in the County of Sullivan and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last WILL and TESTAMENT, in manner following, that is to say:
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expense
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal of whatsoever kind or nature it might be or wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Carrie Mills Krum, to have and to hold for her own use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life with the privilege and power to use the whole or any part of whatever she may receive from my estate should it become necessary or should she deem it best to so use it.
THIRD: Upon the death of my said wife, Carrie Mills Krum, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Hannah K. Scott, the sum and amount of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars from such assets of my estate as may be remaining upon the death of my said wife.
FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate which might be remaining on the death of my said wife I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my to sons, H. Nelson Krum and Earl T. Krum, share and share alike to be theirs absolutely and forever.
FIFTH: In the event that my said wife, Carrie Mills Krum, pre-deceases me, then and in that event I hereby give and bequeath to my said daughter, Hannah K. Scott, the sum and amount of Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars, and all the rest, residue and remainder of my property of whatsoever kind or nature it might be wheresoever situate I give devise and bequeath unto my two sons, H. Nelson Krum and Earl T. Krum, share and share alike, to be theirs absolutely and forever.
LASTLY, I hereby appoint my sons H. Nelson Krum and Earl T. Krum executors of this, my last WILL and TESTAMENT, herby revoking all former wills by me made.
